  • Learnmore Jonasi is a Zimbabwean stand-up comedian and actor. He stands at over 6  feet, his comedy is brought to life by past experiences, observations and his view (from the top)  which elicit rib-tickling laughs, regardless of the crowd. He has performed with and alongside the biggest names on the African Continent and  performed across 20 countries at various Theatres, Festivals, Comedy clubs, and on TV Shows.  He was the winner of the 2023 Boston Comedy Festival , and the 2023 audience choice Jersey  City Comedy festival. In 2019 he won the National Arts Merit Awards as the Outstanding Comedian of the Year, the Savanna Comic Choice Awards as the Pan African Comic of the Year, and he was the  People’s Choice Award winner in Steve Harvey’s Stand Up Spotlight competition. He received  the golden buzzer on America's Got Talent and placed 5th in 2024.

The New Talent Showcase is a curated experience by professional comedian Matt Dundas, featuring open sign-ups for both seasoned comedians and newcomers alike.Each show highlights a diverse lineup of comics, with a featured performer delivering a longer set every week!This is a FREE show, but we’ve included an option for attendees to pay what they wish if they’d like to further support local comedy. Your presence is support enough, but every dollar helps us continue building this scene, creating more opportunities for emerging comedians, and offering them additional stage time.Please note: Sets are 5 minutes, comedians will be given the light at 4 minutes to notify them that they have 1 minute remaining. Kate has a new Comedy Central Featuring set out now. Kate’s dynamic stand up comedy about life as a trans person and former member of the Puerto Rico Women’s National Soccer Team has led to appearances in the HBO Women In Comedy Festival and the Finals of the Boston Comedy Festival. When not performing on the road, Kate hosts a comedy and drag variety show in NYC called "The Luke Ass Spectacular". Kate is also the former co-host of the award-winning podcast, "We’re Having Gay Sex". You can find Kate everywhere online under the handle @thekatesiskConor Janda — Conor Janda is a Brooklyn-based comedian and was recently named one of the 2025 New Faces of Comedy at the Just for Laughs Festival in Montreal. He has been featured on Comedy Central and in Vulture, and he’s opened for Kevin Nealon, Atsuko Okatsuka, and Mary Beth Barone. Contrary to one angry Instagram comment from a man with a squirrel as his profile photo, Janda doesn’t only talk about being gay. He also talks about growing up Catholic (which made him gay), being an alcoholic (which is because he’s gay), and having a stay at home dad (which is a pretty gay thing to do).One time, a woman on a podcast said Janda “tells stories like he’s running out of time,” which is a nice way of saying he has anxiety and a lot to cover.
